Terms of Submission and Interaction

The SOCAR Ukraine Trust Line (hereinafter referred to as the "Line") is intended solely for the registration and processing of information regarding violations of the Code of Ethics and compliance policies of SOCAR Energy Ukraine LLC and related legal entities of the SOCAR Ukraine Group (hereinafter referred to as "SOCAR"). SOCAR reserves the right to refuse to register messages that are not related to the intended purpose.

Your message will be reviewed in Ukraine. All legal relations arising from the consideration of your message are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Any terminology used in this document is interpreted in the same way as defined by the legislation of Ukraine.

Personal Data Agreement

By clicking the "Continue" button, you, as the Data Subject, consent to the processing of your personal data and/or its transfer to third parties or cross-border transfer for purposes related to its collection, processing, and storage, as well as for the purpose of considering the message and organizing feedback with you.

You, as the Data Subject, consent to the processing of your personal data using automated means or without such means by SOCAR independently and/or by the data controller on behalf of SOCAR. You also agree that SOCAR and its divisions may transfer the personal data of the Data Subject to third parties in accordance with the law and the content of this form. You confirm that before filling out this form, you were informed about the inclusion of your data in SOCAR's personal data databases, as well as about your rights and the individuals to whom your personal data is transferred in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

This Line does not register the following:
- complaints and grievances from consumers and clients regarding products or services, as well as other messages within the scope of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."
- complaints against third parties who are not business partners of SOCAR, are not related to SOCAR, its employees, or their locations, related local communities, or their environment;
- complaints about household issues or other matters that are outside the competence of SOCAR and its participants/employees;
- threats against other persons;

This Line is NOT an emergency service.
You should not use the Line to report events that pose an immediate threat to life or property.
Messages submitted through this Line may not receive an immediate response.
The standard period for processing an appeal is 30 days.
